I am unable to download the statement. What should I do?

Statements can be downloaded up to 90 days from the date of statement generation. Please download the statement pertaining to this duration only. The number of records in the statement should not exceed 22000. Also, ensure that you have entered the Account Number, IFSC and nickname among other details correctly.
