You can request for Fixed Deposit advice by the following methods:
a. Using Internet Banking or Mobile Banking App, open :
Log in >> Deposits >> Fixed Deposit >> Download the RD/FD advice
You can download your FD statement in PDF format.
b. Branch: Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch.
c. Phone Banking:
Call us on 18604195555 or 18605005555 between 08.00 and 20.00 IST every day. Call charges apply as per your service provider.
Alternatively, visit Axis Bank Support between 7.00 and 23:00 IST or dial 18001035577 (Toll-Free).
