To pre-close a Fixed Deposit, you can follow these steps:
1. Internet Banking: Log in >> Accounts >> Deposits >> Choose the FD you want to pre-close >> Break FD or Close Fixed Deposit >> Select the account to credit the maturity amount >> Enter your NetSecure Code >> Submit
2. Mobile Banking App, open: Log in >> FD/RD >> Select the FD you want to pre-close >> Close Fixed Deposit >> Enter your MPIN >> Submit
3. Phone Banking: Call us on 18604195555 or 18605005555 between 08.00 and 20.00 IST every day. Call charges apply as per your service provider.
Alternatively, visit Axis Bank Support between 7.00 and 23:00 IST or call us on 18001035577 (Toll-Free) & follow the instructions to pre-close your FD.
4. Branch: Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch. Provide the necessary details and request pre-closure of your FD.
