You can request for a physical Debit Card for your Axis ASAP account, in any of the following ways:
a. Axis Mobile: Click on Banking > Services > Debit Cards > Upgrade > Select the Card.
b. Internet Banking: Select your Debit Card through My Debit Cards under the Accounts option > Select between Block / Replace / Upgrade & the card you wish to upgrade to > Enter code received through SMS.
c. Call: Call us on the numbers mentioned in the Call Tab provided on the right side of the page.
d. Branch: You can visit your nearest Axis Bank branch & place a request to get a physical Debit Card for your Axis ASAP Account.
Please remember to complete KYC process at our branch and update your signature before you place a request for a Debit Card.
