There can be many reasons for the debit freeze on the account. In case the reason is due to non-submission of PAN Card, you can unfreeze your account by submitting your latest PAN or Form 60 to us by visiting the nearest branch. Once updated, branch will remove the debit freeze from your account. This will enable you to make withdrawals via Internet banking or Mobile Banking App, Open or via your account. There could be many reasons due to which a debit freeze is imposed on the account. You may reach out to your Relationship Manager or visit the nearest Axis Bank branch for further clarifications.
