Ways to check your Current Account balance:
a. WhatsApp: Message “Hi” to 7036165000 to receive your account balance and other details.
b. SMS: Send BAL [Account Number] to 56161600* for a balance enquiry.
c. Axis Mobile App: Go to Accounts. Your account balance will be displayed.
d. Internet Banking: Click on Accounts, then select Operative Account to view your account balance.
e. neo for business: Go to Dashboard. Your account balance will be displayed. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account from the dropdown menu for balance enquiry.
f. neo for corporates: Log in and go to Dashboard. Balances for up to three accounts are shown upfront without any additional clicks. If you have more than three accounts, click on “View All Accounts” to see a list of all account numbers along with their balances.
g. ATM: Insert your Debit Card, enter your PIN, and select the Balance Enquiry option.
h. Phone Banking IVR: Select your preferred language, then choose the Banking option. Enter authentication details to hear your account balance.
i. Missed Call: Dial 1800 419 5959 to receive your account balance details via SMS.
