Where can I submit the account upgrade documents

You can submit your request by choosing any of the following options:

1.Visit any Axis Bank branch or representative office and submit the duly filled and signed Customer Request Form in person.

2.Email the scanned, signed Customer Request Form from your registered email ID to your nearest Axis Bank branch.

3. Courier the completed form and supporting documents to your home branch or to the designated NRI Local Post Box. Click here
