If you are receiving e-statements that do not pertain to your account, please follow these steps to report the issue:

Do Not Share or Forward the Email:
For security reasons, avoid sharing or forwarding the incorrect e-statement.

Collect Details:
Note the following information:

Dates of the e-statement received
Account numbers mentioned in the statement (if visible)
Your correct account number
Any screenshots or attachments (if safe to share)
