1. A locker agreement needs to be submitted at the Branch, on a notarized stamp paper, for availing the Locker facility. Charges of Stamp paper, including GST, will be borne by customers.
2. 2 passport size photographs required to be affixed on agreement AND
3. Original KYC documents
