To complete the ReKYC process, below mentioned documents are required:
1. Duly filled ReKYC form containing updated personal and contact details.
2. Proof of identity (e.g. Aadhaar / Proof of Possession of Aadhaar number, Passport, Driving License, Voters ID Card (Issued by Election Commission of India), Job Card by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government, Letter issued by National Population Register confirming details of Name, Address, Photograph)
3. Proof of address ((e.g. Aadhaar / Proof of Possession of Aadhaar number, Passport, Driving License, Voters ID Card (Issued by Election Commission of India), Job Card by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government, Letter issued by National Population Register confirming details of Name, Address, Photograph)
ReKYC form can be obtained from any of our branches or downloaded from our website (www.axisbank.com).
Submit above documents to your nearest axis bank branch. This will help maintain uninterrupted access to your banking services.
