Visit https://cms.axisbank.co.in/webcms/ for WebCMS portal > Click on Regenerate my Password/Unblock my Account > Fill the required details > A link will be sent on the registered email ID > Select login password, transaction password or both based on the password/s you wish to reset > Click on enter password > Enter OTP that will be sent on registered mobile number.
Visit https://cms.axisbank.co.in/webcms/ and log into WebCMS portal.
For unlocking user ID, kindly write to us at cmscustomercare.mum@axisbank.com along with corporate code and user ID.
