If you hold an Axis Bank Account and a Savings Account with us, you can update your Communication / Permanent Address using the below options:
a. Axis Mobile App: Login > Menu > Services & Support > Services > My Details > Update Communication Address / Permanent Address > Attach documents > Update > Enter mPIN
b. Axis Bank Branch: Visit the nearest Branch and update your address
Please carry original PAN Card or any Officially Valid Document (OVD) at Branch, like Passport/Driving Licence etc. which has your signature in it.
