What documents are required to apply for a FASTag?

Apply Now

To apply for a FASTag, you need to submit the following documents and images:

Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle

FASTag application form, PAN card, and a valid KYC document (Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport / NREGA Job Card / NPR)

Additionally, to successfully complete the application, please share the following five images:

1.Vehicle front image

2.Vehicle side image

3.RC front image

4.RC back image

An image of the FASTag affixed on the vehicle windshield (to be submitted after delivery of the FASTag)
