Report A Fraud Or Dispute

How do I report the fraudulent transaction

Click here to report a fraud or raise a dispute.

After blocking UPI, report the fraudulent transaction to the Bank through the below channel

a. Phone: Call us on the numbers mentioned on the Call tab provided on the right side of the page
b. Email: Send us an email by clicking on the Email tab provided on the right side of the page
c. Branch: Visit your nearest Axis Bank Branch

Note: 
 
1. Please mention the name and UPI handle when you send us an email. E.g.: If UPI ID is   abc@axisbank, the name will be abc and UPI ID is axisbank.

2. In case of Person-to-Merchant (P2M) frauds of amount greater than INR 5000, please do share police complaint copy(online/Physical) with us.
