If your NetSecure with 1-touch device is not working, please visit your nearest Axis Bank branch with the reason for replacement. A new device will be sent to your mailing address or at the Branch as per your request. An amount of Rs.1000/- plus service tax is applicable as a replacement charge for 1 touch device. However, replacement of a faulty device is free of cost.
