What are the documents required to avail subsequent disbursements

Please click here to download the Disbursal Request Form (DRF). The completed and signed DRF should be submitted along with the below documents: 
 
• Original Demand letter from the builder
• Own Contribution Receipt (OCR), for any previous payments made to the builder that were not submitted to the bank
• RERA Certificate, if not submitted previously
• Copy of Occupancy Certificate, if the same was not submitted to the Bank earlier and if this subsequent disbursement is the final disbursement
• Property insurance in case, this subsequent disbursement is the final disbursement
