Your Loan agreement should give you the applicable rate of interest. Your loan agreement is now available on Internet Banking (for cases disbursed after 1st January 2016).
In case you find a difference between the Rate of Interest promised to you and the actual rate of interest, please share the proof of rate of interest discrepancy through either of the below options:
a. Call us on our Phone Banking numbers
b. Visit your nearest Axis Bank Loan Centre
