a. Axis Mobile App: Login > Menu > Service & Support > Services > Contact > Update E-mail ID > Select E-mail ID you want to change (account, loan, credit card) > Click on Update > Enter OTP
b. Phone: Call us on the numbers mentioned on the Call tab below
c. Branch: Visit nearest Axis Bank Branch and submit Customer Request Form. Click here to download the form. Please carry original PAN Card or any Officially Valid Document (OVD) at Branch, like Passport/Driving Licence etc. which has your signature in it.
