Debit Freeze has been applied to accounts (where PAN or Form 60 isn't updated in the account) & meet the following two criteria:
1. Balance in the account is Rs.5 lakhs and above
2. The total deposits (including credits by electronic or other means) made after November 9, 2016 exceeds Rs.2 lakhs. (or)
3. Re-KYC has not been completed after a stipulated time period.
