Kindly ensure to transact in your Savings Account within 24 months to avoid the account being classified as inoperative. If there is no transaction for 24 months in your Savings Account, your account will be termed as inoperative. To activate it, you can activate by following one out of below mentioned:
1. Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch along with your fresh KYC documents and submit along with a duly filled Customer Request Form. To download the Customer Request Form for Savings Accounts, click
2. Submit account activation process through Mobile banking app 'open' OR Internet Banking.
