b. Internet Banking: Home > Services > My Profile > Update Address > Enter the Net Secure Code received through SMS > Update Communication Address / Permanent Address > Agree to the Terms & Condition > Upload Documents
c. Branch: Visit the nearest Axis Bank Branch with the proof of address (original & photocopy) to place a request for address change.
