To apply for an exemption on TDS at Axis Bank, kindly follow the below steps:
1. Download Form 121: For both individuals below 60 years of age and for senior citizens (aged 60 years and above) with an annual income below the taxable limit.
2. Fill out the form: Download the form from the Axis Bank website or collect it from your nearest branch. Complete the form with all the required details.
3. Submit the form via:
- Mobile Banking App, open: Use the app to upload the filled form.
- Internet Banking: Upload the form through your online banking account.
- Branch: Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch and submit the form in person.
4. Verification: The Bank will verify the details provided in the form. Once approved, TDS will not be deducted from your interest income.
