Documents required to report a dispute

Click here to report a fraud or raise a dispute.

a. All we need is the enclosed Card Holder Dispute Form. Click here to get the CDF.
b. Letter with all incident details
c. Paid Bill Copy in case of declined / cancelled transactions where the amount has been debited on the Forex Card
On receipt of these documents, the further course of action will be communicated in 4-5 days. Investigation timeline in case of a disputed transaction is 120 days.
