What are the actions taken once I report a fraudulent transaction?

Click here to report a fraud or raise a dispute.

1. On reporting the fraudulent transaction to our front end channels, your Internet / Mobile Banking Application will be blocked. 
2. Temporary credit will be posted in your account within 10 working  days from the date of transaction reporting.
3. On investigation, our officials will seek certain set of documents from you, if required.
