Funds transferred via Axis Remit but still not credited in the beneficiary account
To check the status of the transferred funds, Login to Axis Remit Online>> Click on Status Tracker >> Check the status of your transaction
In case status of your transfer is displayed as 'Sent to beneficiary' and your beneficiary has not yet received the money, please send us an email mentioning your transaction reference number.
Axis Remit Transaction status is showing as Held
This could be if:
a. Overseas account is jointly operated: You will have to share the screen shot of the bank statement reflecting the debit and the name of all the account holders. Send us an email.
b. Overseas account is not in the name of registered user: In such a scenario the remitter will have to register his/her own account with Axis Remit online & then book a transfer request.
Axis Remit Transaction is returned
This would happen if the beneficiary account details added by you are not correct.
You need to update the correct beneficiary details and re-initiate the transaction. You can reinitiate the transaction through Status Tracker by logging into the Axis Remit Online.
Axis Remit Transaction status is showing as Funding Requested.
This would happen if the funds transferred are not reflecting at the recipient bank’s end. Please call us or send us an email with the statement of the bank account from which funds were transferred highlighted the debit transaction.
