My account has been debited but the biller has not received the money

It usually takes 3 working days from the transaction date for the payment to reflect in the Biller’s account.  
If the transaction is unsuccessful, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day.
After 7 working days if the biller has not received the payment or your account has not been credited, please call us on our Phone Banking numbers with the biller name, transaction amount and transaction date.
