Your Customer ID is a unique 9-digit code that is mentioned on the Welcome Letter and cheque book which is mailed to you post your account opening. You can also SMS CUSTID <15 digit account number> to +919951860002 / 56161600 from your registered mobile number to get your Customer ID.
