You can change your EMI due date through any of these options:
a. Click on "Do Now" to change your EMI repayment due date
b. Internet Banking: Log into IB > Services > Loans > Change EMI Cycle
c. Axis Mobile: Log into Axis Mobile > Services and Support > Services > Loans > Change EMI cycle
d. Visit your nearest Axis Bank Loan Centre if you are unable to place a change request through IB, MB or website support channel. Please carry a valid signature photo ID to place a request.
The following due date change options are available:
• Personal Loan: 5th & 10th
• Broken period interest will be applicable for due date changes, this needs to be paid by issuing a cheque/DD favouring your loan a/c
• Please pay your overdues (EMI/Charges/Penal Interest) before placing date change request. You can place a date change request once funds are adjusted in your loan account
• Revised NACH mandate is required to be submitted for due date change
