Customers can make an online part payment towards their Loan by following the steps below:
• Mobile Banking App, open: Login > Quick links > Loans > Services > Part Payment
• Internet Banking: Login > Loans > Services > Part Payment
Payment options:
• Using Axis Bank account option (No service charges)
• Using more payment option - UPI, Net Banking & Debit Card (Service Charge & Tax Applicable as levied by Payment Aggregator)
Online part payment limits:
• Minimum Amount: The highest of 2% of the outstanding loan balance, one EMI amount, or INR 1,000
• Maximum Amount: Up to 75% of the outstanding loan balance
Online Part Payment is not allowed if:
• The first EMI has not yet started
• The loan account has any overdue payments
• The payment is made on or within 5 days of the EMI due date (payment can be made before or after this window)
• The remaining loan tenure is 2 months or less
In such cases, customer are advised to visit nearest Axis Bank Loan Centre for further assistance.
Important Notes:
• Online part payment is allowed up to three times per financial year, with only one successful transaction permitted per day
• Once the limit of three online part payments is exhausted, customers may visit the nearest Loan Centre to make further payments
• If part payment charges are applicable, the payment amount will be adjusted after deducting the applicable charges and GST (as applicable)
