Please use the following path to navigate to Family Banking service:

Menu > Services > Select ‘Accounts’ under Service Categories > Family Banking > Create Family ID

Note: For availing maximum benefits from the Family Banking service, family member having the higher account variant should create the Family ID and add other members to the Family ID. The account variants in descending order are Burgundy Private > Burgundy > Priority > Prestige > Liberty > Prime> Easy Access
