Select Insta Services from the Menu > Edit / Update Communication Address through Update Address option from Contact > Click whether Residence Address / Office Address > Click on Terms & Condition > Upload Documents else click using the camera & upload
Documents For Communication address request:
Domestic (Resident) Customers:
• Residence address : Aadhaar, Election Card (Front and back), Driving License, Passport (First and last page)
• Office Address: Declaration on company letterhead
NRI Customers:
• For Indian Address: Passport / Driving License / Election Card / Aadhaar Card etc.
• For Overseas Address : Bank or Credit Card Statement / Valid Permanent Overseas driving license / Utility bill / Valid Company ID or Certificate or Contract Letter or Offer letter etc. (Statement and Utility bill should not be 3 months old).
