You can update your date of birth through any of the following ways:
a) Axis Mobile: Menu > Services & Support >Services > My Profile> Updated Date Of Birth.
b) Internet Banking: Home > Services > My Profile > Update Date of Birth > Enter the Net Secure Code received through SMS, enter your DOB > Update.
c) Axis Bank Branch: Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch to place a request.
Important: Update the date of birth as an instant and straight-through process (STP) using Aadhaar.
Additionally, you can also update your date of birth by uploading your Driving Licence or Voter ID. This request would be non-STP.
You can now track your non-STP date of birth update request on Axis Mobile.
You will be informed on the status of your request via SMS.
