How do I update the customer name?

To update the customer's name, you can go to a branch or update it through Axis Mobile or Internet Banking. Customers migrated from FEBA to OMNI, may not be able to view their existing or changed name.

a)Internet Banking: Home > Services > My Profile > Name>Edit the Name field and follow further step to complete the journey
b) Axis Mobile: Menu > Services & Support >Services > My Profile> Update Name.
