You can request a cheque book through any of the following methods:
a) SMS Request
Send an SMS in the following format from your registered mobile number:
CHQBK <last 6 digits of your account number>
Example: CHQBK 123456
Send the SMS to the appropriate number based on your location:
+91 9951860002 – If you're sending the SMS from an international mobile number
56161600 – If you're sending the SMS from an Indian mobile number
b) Axis Support Portal
Go to the Support Home Page> Insta Services >Account Details>Cheque Book Request
Then follow these steps:
1.) Enter customer id
2.) Enter internet banking, ATM pin or MPIN password
3.) Select your account
4.) Click Submit
Your cheque book will be issued and delivered.
(You can also scroll up and click on ‘Request A Cheque Book Using Registered Mobile No.’ to use this option.)
c) Mobile Banking App, open:
Log in> Go to Dashboard >Services>Cheque Services
d) Internet Banking:
Login>Go to Dashboard>Services>Cheque Services
e) Axis Bank branch:
Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch and submit your request in person.
