Why am I not able to request for a cheque book

If you're unable to request a cheque book via Internet Banking, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

- Account age: Less than 6 months have passed since the account was opened.
- Cheque leaves: More than 40 unused cheque leaves remain in your current cheque book.
- Recent address Update: Your address was changed within the last month. Cheque book requests cannot be processed until one month has passed since the update.
- Minor account: Cheque book issuance is not available via Internet Banking for minor accounts.
- Account status: The account is in a debit balance, inactive, dormant, or closed state.
- Request limit: Only one successful cheque book request is allowed per day.
- Lien on account: There is a lien placed on the account.
