You can update your email ID using any of the following methods:
Mobile Banking App, open:
Log in> Dashboard>Services>My Profile>Update Email ID
Internet Banking:
Log in>Dashboard>Services>My Profile>Update Email ID
Email: Send a scanned copy of the duly filled and signed Customer Request Form (CRF) from your registered email ID to nri.accountservicing@axisbank.com.
Note: This option is available only if you have submitted the Email & Fax Instruction Document to your branch and it has been updated in the bank’s records.
Axis Bank branch:
Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch and request to update your email ID.
Relationship Manager:
You may also contact your Relationship Manager for assistance with updating your email ID.
