Mobile Banking App, open:
Log in> Dashboard>Services>My Profile>Update Address
Internet Banking:
Log in>Dashboard>Services>My Profile>Update Address
Website support:
Visit the Axis Bank website>Support>Insta Services>My Details>Update Address
Home Branch / Representative Office:
Submit the duly filled Customer Request Form (CRF) along with supporting address proof documents
Courier / Post Box submission:
Drop the completed form and documents at the nearest NRI P.O. Box
Or send them via post or courier to your home branch in India
All documents must be self-attested and may require attestation by a Notary Public, Indian Embassy/Consulate, existing Banker, or any Indian scheduled commercial bank with a branch in your location.
