You can update your Indian or international mobile number using any of the following methods:
a) Mobile Banking App, open:
Log in>Dashboard>Services>My Profile>Update Mobile Number
b) Internet Banking:
Log in>Dashboard>Services>My Profile>Update Mobile Number
c) Email: Send a scanned copy of the duly filled and signed Customer Request Form (CRF) from your registered email ID to nri.accountservicing@axisbank.com.
Note: This option is available only if you have submitted the Email & Fax Instruction Document to your branch and it has been updated in the bank’s records.
d) Axis Bank branch:
Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch to update your mobile number in person.
e) Relationship Manager:
You may also contact your Relationship Manager for assistance with updating your mobile number.
f) Representative Office (UAE):
Visit any of our representative offices in:
Dubai
Abu Dhabi
Sharjah
