"You can update your PAN using any of the following methods:
a) SMS:
Send an SMS from your registered mobile number in the following format:
PAN <PAN Number> <Customer ID>
Send the SMS to the appropriate number based on your location:
+91 919951860002 – For international mobile numbers
56161600 – For Indian mobile numbers
b) Email:
Email a scanned copy of your duly filled and signed Customer Request Form (CRF) along with a self-attested copy of your PAN card from your registered email ID to:
*nri.accountservicing@axisbank.com
Alternatively, you may send it to any Axis Bank branch.
c) Branch / Representative Office:
Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch or representative office and submit the duly filled CRF along with a self-attested copy of your PAN card.
Note: If submitting Form 60 instead of PAN, it must be self-attested and stamped by the branch.
d) Internet Banking:
Log in>Services>My Profile>PAN Update
e) Mobile Banking App, open:
Log in>Services>My Profile>Update PAN
f) Courier/P.O. Box:
You may also courier the completed form and documents to your home branch or drop them at the nearest NRI Local Post Box.
g) Website support:
Visit the Axis Bank website>Support>Insta Services>My Details>Update PAN
