I am getting errors while registering on the open app, what do I do?

Kindly ensure the following:

i. Mobile Phone: The version of the OS should be upgraded to the latest version.

ii. Mobile number:

a. Opt for mobile banking on the mobile number registered in our bank records.
b. Wait for at least an hour before trying to register for Mobile Banking App, open if you have changed or updated your mobile number at an ATM or an Axis Bank branch.

c. If you have a prepaid number, you should have sufficient balance to allow outgoing SMS (special SMS charges may apply).

d. If you have a post-paid number, your number should be active with a stable internet connection and SMS sending facility enabled.

iii. SIM Card:

a. The SIM card of this registered number should be present in the mobile device on which the app is downloaded.

iv. SMS:

a. For NRI customers, the international SMS sending facility should be enabled.

b. Visit the mobile phone settings and ensure that only the registered number in the primary slot is allowed to send SMS. The secondary or non-registered number should not be allowed to send SMS.

c. The SMS should be sent only through the default SMS sending box and not through WeChat, etc.

V. Please note that new registration is not allowed for minors, HUFs or entities belonging to sole proprietors. To access the minor account, HUF account or entity account, register using the customer ID/registered mobile number of the guardian, Karta or sole proprietor, respectively.
