I am getting the error - 'Generic Failure or SMS failed'. What should I do?

Please ensure the following:

• Ensure SMS sending permissions are enabled in Mobile Banking App, open while onboarding. If not, change the settings go to Device Settings: Settings >Permissions>App Permissions>SMS>Select Mobile Banking App, open >OFF/ON.
• Ensure you are under the network coverage.
• Ensure you have sufficient account balance.
• Ensure you have SIM Card in your device.
• Ensure you have switched off Wi-Fi.
• Mobile number is NOT barred/blocked by the service provider.
• Device inbox is not full.
• Device memory is not full.
